The appointment system makes participation in the event profitable and takes place online in a restricted area of the website.
Access to the appointment system is reserved for selected hosted buyers and exhibitors.
How it works
Directly from their reserved area, from September 13 until October 4, hosted buyers will be able to contact sellers directly by selecting them through an effective search engine, and vice versa. Once appointments are confirmed, the system generates an agenda that allows the buyer to arrive at the fair with a precise schedule of meetings at the booths.
At the fair, appointments last about 20 to 25 minutes each.
